Straight Answers
Do I really never have to go to a dealership?
Correct. You pick the car, David handles the approval and the paperwork, and he drives it to you. You sign at your own kitchen table and keep the keys. If you would rather come and see it in person you can — it is simply not required.
How does the approval work?
One short application. David runs it through Bob Rohrman Auto Group’s lenders and comes back to you personally with where you stand — not an automated email hours later. Most people know the same day.
What if my credit is rough?
It is still worth applying. A score on its own does not decide it — your income, what you can put down and which vehicle you choose all move the answer. David will tell you straight what is realistic rather than stringing you along.
Can I trade in the car I have now?
Yes. Send photos, the mileage and the VIN and David will get you a number before he ever comes out. If you go ahead, he takes the old car away on the same visit.
Is this new cars, used cars, or both?
Both. Working out of an auto group means he can reach across every franchise it carries for something new, or go to the used and certified pre-owned stock — instead of selling you whatever happens to be parked out front.
How far will he actually drive?
All 92 counties. Indianapolis and the surrounding towns are routine; the furthest run so far was up to Fort Wayne. If you are in Indiana, he will get the car to you.
